Our purpose in requiring this reference form is to secure a better understanding of the applicant, his/her character traits, giftings, and personality as a whole. We ask for your complete honesty over the applicant, in justice both to the person under consideration as well as to Aleph School of Ministry. Feel free to offer pertinent facts and observations not covered by the questions and to exceed space limitations whenever you think necessary. We realize you will not be aware of the applicant's ability in every area; therefore, the "unknown" category is provided. Your comments are very helpful to our acceptance process for the applicant.
